How to differentiate the sale between Refreshment Services and Business Dining?
ARS will be the provider when the smallest solution is needed and Aramark does not currently manage the Dining business. Or when the smallest solution is selected and it is not reasonable for Dining to service the location (typically because of proximity to Dining operations)
How do I get more information on the fresh packaged food suppliers for this program?
If you will be sourcing your fresh grab & go items from a 3rd party supplier, utilize the regional map provided to determine the appropriate partner. Once determined, work with the local supplier to source your products.
What is the technology solution(s) powering this overall program?
The required technology platform has been selected based on the ability to integrate with mobile and web ordering, scan pay, loyalty programs and self-check out capabilities. The system has been validated through Aramark IT to comply with data security measures.
Where do True Eats and Simple Spoon Lounge fit in this program?
True Eats and Simple Spoon Lounge are small site solutions that would be appropriate to sell if a subsidy is available.
Does coffee solution need to be Java City?
This program is customizable, so other coffee brand partners ranging from national to local partners could be considered however Java City is the preferred program for coffee as they offer a full training and opening support as well as on-going auditing and re-training. Other options are available but must be approved by RVP to ensure appropriate financials and support.
